Perhaps pick a theme for this year. I've picked Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise out of a list my friend Elizabeth Barbour sent me.
You might also want to ponder these ideas in your journal or with a friend or coach...
What would you like to experience this year?
When you look back on 2009, what would you like to see?
You can also consider by asking your Inner Wisdom, if there was one action to take this week, day, or month, that would propel you forward, what would it be?
You are never the same, and so you begin this year anew. If there is anything that you are ready to release or forgive, now is the time...
And then just allow that feeling of newness wash over you...

Happy New year Diane and all the members here at TBC.
2008 was a great year. I am looking forward to 2009 and concentrating on Motivation and also building my Send Out Cards Business.
